"I wanted to continue the approach I had on the first EP, getting the songs back to their purest form – the way they were when I wrote them," Eric explains. "We had a day off in Minneapolis so I went into a studio and played through the songs in one take."

Thanks for a nice post! The five songs of the debut album Sounds Like This are really great. As one of your fans, we are very happy for new released album not just only me who really loves you Eric, even the homeowners here in our village loves you so much. Speaking of homeowners, Fannie Mae released their new Deed for Lease program that allows homeowners to sign a deed in lieu of foreclosure and then rent back their home from the lender. Throughout the time they are “renting,” they can remain in the home and restructure their debt to make it more affordable. The biggest benefit of the D4L program is that it gives struggling homeowners the chance to work with the lending company and proactively find an alternative solution to losing their property. This would a good news for the homeowners.
