Eric Hutchinson is currently recording the follow up to his breakthrough album, Sounds Like This, with producers Mike Elizondo (Fiona Apple, Eminem, Regina Spektor) and Martin Terefe (James Morrison, Jason Mraz).

“I've been recording with Mike Elizondo in California and Martin Terefe in London,” said Hutchinson. “Both are amazing producers and they got the vision of what I wanted to do instantly – something organic but also current. Each city has its own vibe and I think that’s worked its way into the recordings. I'm excited to take the new songs to the fans!”

Eric will join Macy Gray for the four-city Macy’s Passport Presents Glamorama benefit also touring in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Eric spent the day on the beach with volunteers from the Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue project and performed a set at an after cleanup celebration. It was an awesome time. Eric joins initiative with Barefoot Wine & the Surfrider Foundation. Barefoot Wine proudly announces the fourth year of the Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project, a partnership with the Surfrider Foundation - a grassroots, nonprofit environmental organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches. Since 2007, the project has traveled from coast-to-coast hosting more than 35 beach cleanups, ecological educational tours and other events to help keep America’s coastlines beautiful.
