Wow. Eric sounds so crisp here. Love it. And he mentions how "All Over Now" has to do with "Groundhog Day", one of his favorite movies. Who knew?

I can't believe I am just now getting around to watching this Youtube. It made me smile all morning long. Another example of Eric's sense of humor. Her reaction was clearly unrehearsed. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for a very nice post. Yeah, I'm having a nice start in the year 2010 most especially now that I'm getting closer and closer with Eric. But aside from being fortunate of being an avid fan of him, I can consider also a nice start of the year th experience I had when my family went for vacation in Dubai and witness in my own eyes the very popular Burj Tower. It was previously known as Dubai Tower, but when Dubai was hit with a crippling debt crisis, Sheikh Khalifa of Abu Dhabi stepped in to help finance the project, and a $1.5 billion construction project needs more than a small loan. Redubbed Khalifa Tower, or Burj Khalifa (the least they could do was name it for him), it opened recently, and while most of the high rise (putting it mildly) apartments have been sold, a lot of office space remains unsold.
